3. Account & Certification Records
Your name and certification details may appear in our public certificate verification tool. We do not publish personal contact information beyond what is necessary to verify credentials.
4. Organizational Accounts
For organizational enrollments, designated administrators may view learner progress and certification status for members of their organization. Administrators act under their organization's own data policies.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage to improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, or when required by law. Any such provider is bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
