3. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Certification & Credentials
Earning an ISST certification requires meeting all stated requirements. Certificates are valid for two years unless otherwise noted. ISST reserves the right to revoke any certificate obtained through fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms. Certificate verification is available through our public verification tool.
5. Payment & Refunds
Fees for certifications, training, and membership are described on the relevant pages. Payments are processed securely. Refund eligibility depends on the product and enrollment status; contact us for specific refund requests.
6. Organizational Accounts
Organizational accounts are managed by designated administrators who control seat assignment and learner access. Administrators are responsible for ensuring their organization's use complies with these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including courses, materials, logos, and certifications—is owned by or licensed to ISST and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security, sharing credentials, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ISST does not guarantee that certifications will result in employment or specific outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
